The Van Dusen Botanical Gardens are located at 5251 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6M 4H1. The ceremony will be taking place outside under the Willow Tree at Heron Lake with the reception following inside at the Visitors Center.

There is free parking available in the main parking lot located off of Oak Street and West 37th Avenue for those that will be driving. For those taking ride share, please as the driver to drop you off at the Visitor Centre. There will be signage directing you to the ceremony location.

For the ceremony, guests will enter the Garden through the Visitor Centre (please see map below).

We would encourage you to look for accommodations in the neighbourhoods of Downtown Vancouver, Mount Pleasant, and Commerical Drive. For folks traveling with children, we would encourage you to look into accommodations in South Vancouver or Olympic Village both are very family friendly areas with lots to see and do.

All locations will likely require transportation to and from the venue but are lively areas to stay with lots to do. Uber or Lyft is easily accessible in Vancouver and can get you around easily. For folks interested in public transportation options, you can use tap on your credit card for buses and trains. Google maps will offer all transportation options (ie. walking, cycling, public transit, and car routes).

We have started a list on Airbnb and VRBO for accommodations for folks. Additionally, we have secured a room block with XXXX hotel. Please use this link to access the room block.
